Hi, I am Shashwat Tiwari, an undergrad student at Shiv Nadar University,Dadri. I am pursuing my B.Tech degree in the field of Computer Science along with a major specialization in the field of data science. I've also taken up courses from the economics, accounting and business studies departments to further help me broaden my spectrum of knowledge and be better equiped with a skill set that can help me tackle any problem thrown at me.

My Projects and papers.

Memetrackers Research Paper.

The study analyzed the spread of keywords and phrases associated with news and memes to understand how new information is propagated and falls out of discussion. By identifying short distinctive phrases, called "memes," the researchers dissected a general topic into threads that vary from day to day. The study also identified patterns in the growth and decay of memes around their peak intensity, providing insights into the collective behavior of social networks in response to content and its impact on click-through rates.


Soul Train.

The Music Curator web app ranks songs based on different moods using Spotify's API and the random forest algorithm. When a user selects a mood to transition to, the app generates a playlist that includes songs with high values for that mood, starting with a song that matches the user's initial mood. Additionally, the app offers genre-based and normal mood-based playlists. The app's mood gradient feature provides an intuitive way for users to discover new music that aligns with their changing moods.


Data Visualisation (Oracle Of Bacon).

The Kevin Bacon principle, also known as Six Degrees of Kevin Bacon, is a concept that suggests that any actor in Hollywood can be linked to Kevin Bacon through a chain of co-starring roles with no more than six connections between any two actors. In this data science project, we explore this principle using Neo4J and Python and create visualizations to make the Oracle of Bacon more clear, but with a dataset of over 10,000 actors from not just Hollywod but different industries as well.


Extrapolatery Data Analysis of Covid-19 Dataset.

In this project, we will perform an exploratory data analysis on a COVID-19 patient dataset to investigate the relationship between the disease and various other conditions such as obesity, diabetes, pregnancy, tobacco use, etc. We will use Python libraries such as Pandas and Matplotlib to explore and visualize the data, and will aim to find correlations and insights that can help us better understand the impact of these conditions on COVID-19 patients.


100 Days of Python.

The course is structured into 100 days of content, with each day comprising video tutorials, coding exercises, quizzes, and projects to reinforce the concepts learned. The course covers a wide range of topics such as data types, control structures, functions, object-oriented programming, GUI programming, web development, and more.


Pick Your Lead.

"Pick Your Lead" is an innovative app that aims to simplify the election process in universities by enabling students to vote for their preferred candidates online. The app utilizes the power of Java, XML, and Firebase to provide a seamless and secure voting experience for all users.




Seminar Paper. (Quantum Cybersecurity and Mobile Edge Cloud Computing)

This paper gives us a brief overlook of the threats, risks, and opportunities of quantum cybersecurity, efficient computing resource sharing for mobile edge-cloud computing networks and edge-computing visions and challenges.
